Ultraseal MAX is a self-healing liquid sealant that contains a proprietary polymer formula called Thixogel™.

Hi Performance : Formulated for Motorcycles
Heavy Duty: Formulated for On-Road Vehicles
XTRA Heavy Duty : Formulated principally for Off-Road vehicles.
Please note . XTRA Heavy Duty can be used some vehicles that operate both On & Off Road and have high exposure to punctures (ie Waste Management or Demolition).
Installed via the valve stem, Ultraseal MAX lies at the bottom of the tyre chamber until the vehicle is driven. Once driven approximately 10km, Ultraseal MAX disperses throughout the inner air cavity transforming into a gel that forms a coating on the inner surface of the tyre/wheel.
Evenly dispersed by the centrifugal forces of the rotating wheel, Ultraseal MAX stands guard against tyre porosity, dry rot, rim corrosion and tread-area punctures.
Self-Sealing Capabilities
Ultraseal MAX self-heals most tread area punctures as they occur.
Both Hi-Performance and Heavy Duty grades will self-heal tread area punctures caused by an object up to 7mm in diameter.
XTRA Heavy Duty will self-heal a tread area puncture caused by an object up to 14mm in Diameter. Inaddition, punctures caused by larger objects (ie larger than 14 mm in diameter), Ultraseal MAX can slow the deflation and provide additional driver safety.
Combats Porosity/ Air migration
All tyres have a level of porosity. The flexing of the tyre and the normal heat buildup allows Ultraseal MAX to seek out and eliminate common air loss problems (referred to as air migration and bead leaks). This means tyres can maintain the optimal tyre pressure, which reduces both accelerated wear resulting from under inflation and increased petrol consumption associated with increased rolling resistance.
Conditions casings
In addition, Ultraseal MAX containers compounds that retard dry rot and hardening of the casing, which increase longevity and aids rubber recovery.
